The alley abuzz with people, young and old,
The kids chatter in unison with the birds; the crow caws, the myna sings rapturously.
Old folks reminisce their youth times,
The younger ones rejoice on their own,
Merrily humming soothing rhymes,
Days passing by, the battle is still to be won,
Fully unaware of the crowd were there, a Mother and her cute little daughter,
Engrossed in their own selves and a bike to ride,
The little one’s blue eyes stare into her Mother’s for assurance and laughter,
A beautiful smile relieves the little one of her fears,
And as she rejoices at her first bike ride,
Feeling the air on her face, she wipes her joyful tears,
In her efforts, she smiles with pride,
The little angel knows she won’t fall,
For her Mother stands beside her tall.
